Daily journal August 11, 2000 a trip to Saluda to visit Joe Adams at Lake Sheila

On higher ground where the weather is cooler I was invited to have lunch with Joe on the porch overlooking the fishing pier and see his new addition and learn from him so many things. Joe had cooked salmon with a large variety of vegetables including spinach and fresh fruits. South Carolina peaches with raspberries and blueberries were a delight. The meal was excellent and the time spent was very productive. We are sitting on the verge of a new day with opportunities that never have been available to mankind before. Let us take time to behold this great day and realize that we are progressing to a point of the fulfillment of Revelation prophecy as we are seeing it happen. Let us seek life eternal.

Seek Christ the Lord for eternal life with a total surrender to God Almighty in Heaven.

There is healing in good food and strength to work and to think, we need to do both to live a full live. Joe has kept asking me about the five whites after seeing my painting on the subject. Most people do not remember the five forbidden whites as sugar, flour, fat, milk and table salt. I believe salt is good for you if you buy sea salt but not processed table salt which is a chloride. Milk being pasteurized and homogenize is bad for you in my opinion. I now prefer to stay away from these processed foods and I am becoming a vegetarian. I believe that most vegetables should be eaten raw to preserve the enzymes alive for our best of health. Water to drink and to make tea with is first and I believe that it is the most important ingredient in our daily consumption, start with pure spring water. Spring water was minerals and bathe in it so as not to absorb the poisons of city water being fluoride and chlorine at least which are poison to all the population in my opinion and it is clearly a fact. Avoid toothpaste with fluoride because it is deadly to all human beings especially children. Only the health food stores carry toothpaste without the fluoride that actually damage the teeth contrary to what they always said about fluoride. Fluoride is a byproduct of aluminum manufacturing and is deadly poison. I believe the aluminum Companies 30 years ago conspired to create a market for their waste products.

People are the responsibility of the Church. Let the Church teach to way to God.

A church should give spiritual advice and provide help to understand the scriptures of the Bible. Church should also give physically advice on how to live healthy and to be free of illnesses that destroy the body. A church should Minister daily to its people and always be on line available to all regardless. A church should have no voice in which it serves but it should serve one and all that needs help any way whatsoever. The Church of the living God is in the hearts and minds of the people as a spirit. The New Testament Church is the Spirit of God and Biblical history confirms through the Holy Spirit of God and will speak truth and live righteously and Holy wanting to help and serve even to suffer for the Lord's sake persecution are bare reproach if needs be to witness for Christ the Lord. Let us worship together and be wise unto faith in the eternal God in heaven who holds our future. The real church is in harmony with the Holy Spirit of God and will serve the Lord.

Be not ashamed to live the life of a Christian. Be not afraid to witness the gospel truth.
